A Guideline for Development Project Proposal (DPP) Formulation has been prepared under the SPIMS project, Programming Division, Planning Commission, Ministry of Planning in 2018. Output-2 team members (Mr. Ryuji Kasahara, Mr. M. A. Muktadir Mazumder and Mr. A H M Shahidul Islam) of JICA Expert Team for SPIMS project were responsible to prepare this document. We have prepared both the English and Bengali version of this guideline.
